Dear
Mr.Rose.
Sorry for not
replying earlier to your Mail due to ill health and dealing with further
perjury By my Ex wife’s solicitors.
Again I’m being fobbed off by a govt dept.
Mrs Warren States categorically in RCJ
affidavits & statements that The British Embassy assisted in the abduction
of my Daughter!
I had from the Embassy the passport was lost, we now have it was stolen at the
zoo backed up by a Thai police report to that effect, just what is the truth!!!
If the British embassy had looked closer they would have seen my daughter (A
dual national) travelled to Thailand on her Thai passport.
The reason Mrs Warren didn't reveal this
was there would have needed a UK entry visa to gain entry to the UK & the
abduction would have been revealed.
As now finally proved Mrs Warren was lying not only to the British Gov’t
(Embassy) but also the RJC why isn't the British Gov't pursuing Mrs Warren for
fraudulently obtaining an official Gov't document (PASSPORT) that assisted the
abduction of my daughter.
Or does the British gov't accept fraudulently obtaining a Gov't document as the
norm?
Please Mr Rose answer openly & honestly was it fraud to obtain a passport
by deception or wasn't it.
If it was what action is to be taken against Mrs Warren.
If there is to be no action can you confirm that it is acceptable in abduction
case’s to lie to obtain an official Govt document.
If all knew Mrs Warren lied as I produced the Embassies reply to my E-mail to
them in my statement, why did the British high court turn a blind eye to NOT for
the first time, to PERJURY by both Mrs Warren & her Solicitors Miller
Sands.
While happy to remove my rights afforded me by the Royal Thai family courts.
and reducing me to a pen pal to my 7-year-old daughter?
Are you saying that British family courts will happily accept perjury while the
Royal Thai courts wont!
I will quote from your letter.
----------------------------------------------------------------------------
-------------------------------------------------------------------------
Firstly I should reiterate that neither the Lord Chancellor, nor any
Minister or government official, can comment on or intervene in the
decisions of the courts. I can assure you that this is not because of any
lack of concern, but because to do so would undermine the principle that the
judiciary are entirely independent of Government.
----------------------------------------------------------------------------
-------------------------------------------------------------------------
I do think the British judiciary has undermined the Royal Thai courts
rulings with out knowledge care or thought.
That the Thai Court saw through the perjury, then to see my own countries
judiciary happily condone perjury.
There was a lack of concern that’s for sure as my daughter is a dual
national, no thought was taken into my daughters rights as a dual national.
As it was a Thai marriage & my Ex wife happy understood the laws of signing
the Thai marriage document & all that entails, not the same as signing the
uk registry a totally different thing.
If this is British family court independence I feel strongly that the
government or some competent body take control of the judiciary.
As another countries courts had already decided the outcome the place of
marriage, divorce & abduction.
I do think at very least a minister from the foreign or home office
should
review just what has gone on and how the British judiciary has quite openly
snubbed & ignored a Royal Thai courts ruling given there laws &
customs.
In light of Mrs Warrens activates I do thing a review of minors passport
controls is badly needed.
As
Mrs Warren seems to have blown a rather large hole in the UK prevention of
abduction rules.
As I was the original signatory for my daughters passport + the Uk’s
abduction info states to keep hold of the passport if there is a concern on
abduction.
What is the point if one can be obtained so swiftly & easily?
As I stated in my previous mail Thai passport law for minors needs 2 parents’
signatures what a sensible low cost idea to stop child abduction!
As
this seems to be a major flaw in the UK’s Policy on cross boarder child
Abduction,
To which Mrs Warren blew a very big hole in the Uk’s abduction policy.
